Default Problem with Euro R tranny

I'm having problems with my 2000 Euro R tranny. The car is getting stuck in reverse and scratching (very bad) in 5th gear. To get it out of reverse I have to shift into neutral before I come to a complete standstill. I was having the same problem a few months ago but I replace the sleeve for the 5th and reverse gears and that seemed to fix the problem... Or so I thought. Can anyone help?

Great to drive... The gears shift very smoothly.

Do you have any idea what I can do about the tranny though? Right now I'm thinking about getting a new one. Someone mentioned that it may be a bent fork, and the synchros just barely masked the problem until they wore out.

I took it to a honda dealer on island. They have the best transmission guy around. That's where I took it the last time I had the problem and that's where I'll probably end up taking it again. I't's costing me $1000 everytime they go in the tranny. I guess no one has ever heard of this huh? Thanks anyway.
