93 b18 into 90 civic dx. Do i need obd-0 parts instead of obd-1?
I found a good deal on a 93 integra b18a1 with tranny/ecu/ etc. The harnass has been cut but all plugs are still good where they attach to the sensors. The problem is this is an obd-1 engine and my car is a obd-0.
What do i have to do to make this work? Any links would be great.
thanks

If you want to convert your car to use an OBD1 ecu, then you'll need the conversion harness. If you want to stick to OBD0, then you'll need an OBD0 ecu, distributor, fuel injectors, and an injector resistor since your car is DPFI. You will also need to wire your existing harness for MPFI. IMO, the easier route would be to stick with OBD0. Just me though.
If you already have all the OBD1 parts, just buy a conversion harness. Either route you choose, you will still need to rewire for MPFI.

its easier to keep it obd0 because its just changing parts but its more expensive. its overall cheaper to switch to obd1 but its alittle harder because of the wiring. IMO wiring is easy is you just take the time to learn how things work and what needs to be done
if it were me id switch to obd1, something i might be doing since i just picked up a obd1 motor
