Default Scratch on my slipstreams

Recently my friend scratched one of my slipstreams. I was thinking about painting that little scratch back to black, but what exactly is the best way to paint it and with what?

well you can sand them down, primer them and put on a new color or if you want to polish them, then you would need aircraft stripper to sand them down all the way and then you can keep them silver or paint them any color you choose.
