Just curious to what is the largest intercooler you may fit behind a stock 90-91 crx bumper. I am thinking 9" tall 33+ length including fins? and 3" thick. Plenty I would think to support 450+hp.

6x3x28 and good for up to 400hp..It looks like a good fit for the front ..A little long but you can make it fit

And its forsale right now for $300 brand new..

one thing to watch for in the ef cars is with a long intercooler 30+ inches, the charge pipes at the ends become a pita. you need a couple inches of straight on each end past the cooler ends, so that the bend isnt in the silicone coupler. this makes the 90deg turn you have to make off the cooler really tight.

I can't remember the dimensions... I posted it a long time ago on the FI forum.

The end pipes are sorta tough to deal with... The pain for me was making the facia fit with the 2.5" charge pipes. I had to bust out the drill saw and die grinder... I normally wouldn't use pipes that are so large, but the I/C inlet/outlet are 3"... It was a compromise of sizing.

You don't get to be choosy when you're trash-diggin'...
