i barely bought a 2000 civic dx hatchback and i was wondering what the redline was. it doesnt have a tach so im not sure what the redline is.
if it doesnt have a tach, how will you know where you are anyways? What I did for my friend with a 00 DX hatch, was take it out and bounce the rev limiter in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and told him the MPH. That way he knew when to shift! If you must know, I believe the redline should be around 6800RPM.

I think its around 6800-7000, what I suggest you doing if you really want to know, is buy a ex cluster or si cluster its plug and play, if you decide to buy the car

This will help you out. I also have a dx 96 with a ex tach, my revlimiter is like 7300. Redline I would say is 6800 or 6900.
