Alright to change only 1 side of my brakes?

Alright to change only 1 side of my brakes?
I have 10,000 miles on my rear brake shoes. The other day, some of the brake shoe springs broke and warped the shoes. Is it alright to just change that one side of my brakes? Will this cause my car to brake unevenly? this is an 88 crx si. thanks

It probably will, but it won't be that noticeable since it was only 10k and its in the back, try it. If it dosn't work right, well than u will have to change the other side either way.
