brake drum stuck

brake drum stuck
I tried to bleed the brake brakes with the brake drum off. "huge mistake" 
And now when i put back on the drum, the brakes seem to have spreaded out and now the drum wont turn it seems to be stuck. I think maybe i should change the springs?? Please help and no hagglers please. Remember there is no progress without struggle.
