That vid is of my H22 hatch vs a b18c"r" EK CX
If you have the money, go B18.
Power, high reving, handling, better aftermarket, etc.

I don't like the H22 swap as much as I used to. The primary reason is the extreme axle angles involved. They result in bad gas mileage and axles being broken more easily. It still has many advantages though.
Do a search and decide for yourself.

Both swaps are great for that chassis, they both have their pros and cons. I prefer B over H because of bolt-in ease, lighter and less hassle but the H motors are monsters. I would suggest riding in / driving similar setups that someone else has and that will help you decide. Don't forget to do some research on here too, it's a topic that's debated a lot.
personally i think id go with the b18. its lighter and high revving. the h22 will create understeer and will require a beefier front suspension. and not to mention the c5 is type r, thats all i need....
...although you can get massive amounts of HP if you go turbo on the h22. ALOT. the c5 is much more of a hassle to turbo considering its high compression and high lift cams. so if you want an n/a set up then go with the c5, but turbo id go with h22.

You will like either. It's still debatable which is faster stock for stock, but either way, you'll love them both. You can however get the h22 done for a less. I've seen it done for $3200 plus miscellaneous.

I like to move out of the box so I favor H series more. But it is your car and try to drive both and see what one you like. You will be happy with either swap.

Either way, you are going to be happy as hell with both motors. You will probably spend a comparable amount on both. You may "pull harder" with the c5, but for daily driving and midrange torque, you'll never beat an h-series.
EDIT: And I'm not even necessarily sure you will pull harder. It's still up for debate.
