Default P72 ECU good for LSVTEC setup?

With a B18A bottom end, and a 95 GSR Head, and Intake manifold, can I use a 972 gsr JDM ecu?

All search's that I do people say chipped p28, why?

Don't rev to high and keep it at around 6500 to be safe.

don't mean to jack your thread but can you just tap into the knock sensor wire from the engine harness and ground that to the battery?
