Default Propylene Glycol Coolant

Anyone know any bad effects of this stuff?

I have some NEO anti-freeze I intend to try. Since I have a water cooled turbo my coolant always boils after I shut the engine off and the coolant sits in the turbo. I want to give this stuff a try. It says its boiling point is 270 degrees at 50/50 mix. Honda coolant is rated at 222 degrees.
