Default Finally, My GSR is back in action. Lookiee here--

Alright, Well after cracking the sleeve and all of my ringlands back in january (untuned, afc hack, 10+psi, boost spike) I have been spending a lot of time to fix up my 97 Milano Red GSR.
I went from this:

To a little something like this:

And now for the exterior (Re-modeled a little):

^Well That's an interior shot, but don't hate on the boost gauge, it will be reading about 15lbs daily in the near future.
Alright, some engine bay and exterior shots, enjoy, and don't flame too much, I may cry.

And here is a pic of me: (Haha, JK he's a bread baker that I work with)

I figured you guys would like some night shots, so here ya go:

And yes, I did all the work myself, from assembling the motor to swapping it into the car and whatever else needed to be done. BTW, this was all done between my highschool classes and busy work schedule (It's gettin kinda hard to afford this car). Hope ya like it!

Yea, I am. Hey, I started with an intake on my friend's LS. Yea, I'm throwing a knock sensor code, so this motor is realllly slow right now. But once I get that (tomorrow) it should be decent (p30 pistons bump up the compression a bit).

Car look sweet nonetheless, i like in int/ exterior.
Are those black housing headlights? Got any better day pics? They look pretty clean on the Milano Red. Mad propz on doing the work yourself.

Yea they are black housing headlights. I took them apart to clean them (they were all shitty when I bought em) and I decided to paint the bezel black.
I kinda regret getting the 17's, I like them, but wish they were 16's, but I'm just using them for daily driving, and then track day's I'll throw on some nice drag slicks.
The bakery is JeanJacques, its where I make all my $$.
BTW, I'll turn the resolution up on my camera tomorrow and wax it and take a few better shots, I just snapped these in a rush.

DO i spy 6000k or + HIDs?

Anyways, you're just going to keep all those gauges in there for now while you're Na? I know you'll boost it again soon....

What was your setup before?
Stock internals? Specs on turbo pieced/or whole kit?

sorry if I'm asking so many questions, but I will be crossing the darkside in a few months.

P.S.
Doesn't it feel good to work on the car yourself?

Nice job on the car, I work in a bakery too that's why I asked - but it's in a grocery chain.

now with all the time and money you spent on the motor build make sure you dont get cheap on fuel management especially on 15psi. props to doing it yourself.

I know, I learned a lot after I blew my motor. BTW, that valve cover is polished, I didn't have it dipped. I went crazy one nite with an electric sander and then some wet sandpaper and a buffer.
And yea, It's great to have the car back and say I did it all myself.
