Default RS machine cams valve adjustment?

does anyone know what to set the valve lash to when useing these cams?

All Honda valve lash specs are for a cold engine. Unless RS recommends differently, adjust them cold.

i was told to do 10,10 on mine.
that was by will from exospeed and rs.

why the guy from RS machine told me 6 for intake and 8 for exhaust...

i set mine .010 on both side but it makes noise on rocker valve, and after that i change to .006 in and .008 ex, still makes noise.
any clue??how bout with other people who used rs cam??
