I didn't know there was a 5.0 FD. Where is top speed, like 110?

I need it before the weekend, i'll pay to have it overnighted

 

how much do 4.9 or 5.0 final drive kits usually cost?Were really going to need one for the race car.

what doe you have for cable trannies?

 

i just called up ATS and opened an account. Had them overnight it, should have it today before noon

ATS customer service is top notch. I called at 5pm, and by 6:30pm he called me back and said it;s on the way. He then faxed me a tracking number.
ATS gets a big

Retail on them is $820 US if you don;t have a 98 spec JDM ITR tranny (Cause you need the JDM first gear, needle bearing and a few other bearings)

 

i use the cusco stuff because we have broke many ATS gear sets. for cable ys1 trans we can do 4.78, 4.92, 5.0 final drives with LSD or spoon , also we use carbon coated sincros ...

ATS stuff is widely known for breaking under hard drag racing.

Next time you talk to Yasu, let him knwo you'll be using it for drag racing, and he will let you know its not a great idea.

Ive had my ATS FD for almost 3 years now, running perfectly fine, dont drag tho, i like going in circles and getting dizzy

thats fine i don;t drag race very much, and when i do it;s on street tires at the track
