JDM ITR Front End BOLTS on EG Chassis?
Since both are supposedly built on the same chassis, I'm wondering if with the radiator support, will the jdm itr headlights, front bumper, and fenders, all bolt up on the eg?
I have a friend that put the integra front end on his hatch and he had to cut the fenders so they would match the doors, but everything else bolted on, radiator support was a bolt on to...

How is a radiator support ever something you can just bolt on?

u can bolt on the radiator support to align it. just put bolts thru where the metal bumper bolts on. u may have to trim some metal away behind the headlight to get them to fit. the fenders will have ot be cut in half and welded together
that comversion looks like SHIOT.. it never fits right .. and it just doesnt look good .. if honda wanted the car to look like that they would put that front end on the car... the fenders always look like **** after being modded... buy a teg then do the conversion
Honda did put that on their car... it comes on a Honda, not Acura
Sorry, but I've seen the conversions on an eg coupe that actually fit right.
Thanks for the info guys.

"if Honda wanted this blah blah blah" is a lame arguement really. If we did everything Honda wanted we would be driving stock cars and buying all parts from Honda dealerships and having oil changes and minor repairs performed by Honda people.

thats the best exterior mod that can be done a eg..... I would give my left nut to get a front end like that..... but I guess you prefer some altezzas and a apc sticker? haterz are just as bad as thieves

I was always under the impression that a radiator support is something that is welded on and never something that bolts up.

PM Benbuilt4u and ask him the jist of what he did i know the WHOLE top and bottom rad support was cut off and welded in, and the fenders were also cut and rewelded. His car looks very nice and it was done right.

i did it.. it was alot more work than i planned on.
fenders are obviosly the hardest part..
rad support needs to be welded.
hood only one hole on each side matches up to the bracket.
i had to cut away the chassis seam on my car under the civic fender so i could allign the itr fender right.
otheer than that i think the teg front end is just too wide for the civic.. seems to look better on coupes
