what car distributor cap/rotor fits B16A OBD-0 distributors?

I used a 90 Integra cap.

I got the msd 88-91 crx cap on mine so I would say stock 88-91

u can try it by taking the cap to match at the auto parts store

Yes it did, so did the rotor.

if your getting a dealer/Honda cap it needs to be a 90-91 Teg unit... if its a cheap autoparts store cap (i dont suggest them) it can be for a 90-91 teg or a 88-91 civic, they will give you the same one (aftermarket ones are modifed to fit both)....
