washed my engine bay, now i have electrical problems
today i sprayed my engine bay with simple green and then sprayed it out with a hose, i let it sit for about an hour....i got in the car..and when i opened the door some lights on the gauge cluster were really dim..but the key wasnt even in the ignition....the lights came on when i opened the door....then i started it up.the electrical components wouldnt really work....it seemed like the battery was dead....but it had plenty of juice to start the engine....eventually they started working a little...and thats how it is now...when i try to turn the headlights on..the interior lights dim or go off...and everything is flickering.....if i let it sit for a day or so..will it just go away?? what the hell is going on?

If u wanna do this with the engine running, you have to be careful. Depending on how long it is running, the exhaust manifold could get hot very quickly and spraying water on it could crack it.
Now what u wanna do is get the engine warm, not hot, turn off engine, and spray your cleaner where ever desired. Let sit for a bit and then follow up with low pressure water. Like someone else stated, cover the distributor and dont really spray water where its not needed.
