Default how to change clutch

well i have a 96 integra
well i need to know if i should go aftermarket clutch or stock im going all looks and not crazy hp
my car has no slipedge but when i press the clutch it stay ingaged i figured its probly the release bearing or just the springs on the clutch
another q do i need to remove the k member inorder to take out the trans? ow yea where can i go to get a good price on a clutch?

If it doesn't disengage when you press the pedal, it could be as simple as air in the hydraulic system. Bleed your clutch.

well i started taking **** apart and when i went to drain the trany there was no trans fluid could that cause my problem?
