The car is a 85 civic with 129k...

I've changed the filter, poured Sea-foam and soaked the Carb with Carb cleaner and the damn thing keeps dieing.

Sometimes when it's warmer is can hold itself at 1k but it usually will hit it and than drop down to 0.

Any suggestions? I've noticed carbureted Hondas are always having problems with idleing..

I wish I could help but carbs are a mystery to me. But I will give you this bump.

 

Come on, someone has had this problem before.. Is it a fuel related problem?

Check intake manifold gasket.
Check vacuum hoses.
