My friend bent a valve in his B16 head. I sold him my old Rocket inners. My question is can I reuse the stock outers and retainers. A guy I know said your supposed to replace the springs and retainers when u bend a valve. Thanks in advance.

He got the car used, the previous owner put a stock civic shifter on the car before he sold it. The car shifts like ****. I got him an stock ITR shifter from a buddy. He was racing and when trying for forth he accidentally went into second. Hes kinda stupid. But thanks for the advice Rocket.

Indeed. I got lucky when I did this, and only bent four exhaust valves. Most people say goodbye to their motors when this happens, so your friend is lucky.
