Msd SCI vs. Msd 6A on turbo motor?
Just wondering if there are any differences? The SCI is cheaper than the 6A. I am in need of one soon and needed to know what you guys thought would be best to get. Most people say the SCI is basically the 6A in a silver box.
My car is boosted and making over 400whp, which from what I've been told is where stock Honda ignition starts to fail.
Thanks.

They're exactly the same thing.
Usually the MSD "SCI" / SCI-L series costs more than a 6 or 6-AL series, just because they're trying to take advantage of the import market. Oh, and the
box is silver instead of red of course

Appearantly the SCI and the 6A are the same. Although the only difference they seem to claim is that the SCI is made for more "high reving imports". That's about all I could find in terms of differences.
What do most turbo honda guys use? maybe that's what I should have asked?
