Default Vid of my R on the dyno from this weekend

Well I had some probs this weekend with the heat making my car run really hot. So i am working on a few things before i up the boost and play more. also the 20w50 i just swapped in was junk. too thick

anther thing i found out .i heard some tapping and took it off the dyno . figured it was valve out of spec even though i jsut did them like 600-800 miles ago.
i took thw valve cover off to find out one of the lock nuts totally came off an intake valve. So im seraching around for it now. There is no damage to the motor, but i tore the head off to check things out for ***** and giggles.

but heres a little teaser. dispite the probs @10psi it made 338@280tq. it was a little lacking from last week, but still not too bad for 147 intake charge temps and 209water temp./ hahahahaha

anywya here

Good to hear about the valves, they sounded really bad, I'm glad it was just a lock nut

I've got a bunch of video I will put up at some point too Pete.

Im sick of all this teasing, I wanna see 500whp dyno and drag runs dammit

Im sure you will get it all worked out. By the way, how is the traction so far? lol

what gear were you in on the dyno? Im guessing 4th?

Diffuser.

And get rid of that gut man! Weight reduction!!!

You're trying to run 10's in the 1/4 mile here, not the 1/8

hahahah god damnit, no one was supposed to post pics with me in it. That is a really bad pic. hahahaha i was kinda just letting it all hang out hahahaha damn i didnt thik it was that bad tilli saiw the pics. i need to loose weight bad.

yea the diffuser helps. rear bumper is ike a parachute in the 1/4

yes the pulls were mad in 4th. dont worry Ryan , the numbers are coming soon. Dont you worry.im just tsting things out and getting a few ideas on things.

on the street the intake temps were like 110 i think on a hot day, but i would love to get them under 100 degrees if possible.

I thought i heard a slight tick while it was on the dyno but didn't really think anything of it. Your right it definitely sounded like valve lash. I do have to say though intake temps were high as hell all day. My civic was in the 130's and i'm all motor. By the way my left ear was ringing the rest of the day from your car lol. when you made the comment of your gut in the pics i was thinking the same thing about me how i was glad i wasn't in them. Then I realized i'm in the damn video

I had that a lock nut come off and go into the hole in the head. After fishing in the oil pan I finally weld a magnet to a wire and fished in that hole in the head and found it
