Shouldnt the front grill be painted black? Why does it look kinda weird? Maybe the angle of the picture.

Yeah, it's a DA. Why was the paint job so expensive? I though Maaco was super cheap?

he probably got some things fixed besides the paint.

and also, the front looks like it has a uni-brow.

itll look better with the grill painted black.

still a nice car though.

Seriously, I always heard people saying that a paint job, with minor repairs was around 3-400 bux. And since he did his own bodywork, I was just wondering why it was so much?

The paint job isn't bad for Macco but if you did all the body work yourself the paint job is over priced for white!

I like the ride its just i'm not sure about the round front with a square rear. Can we see some more pics at different angles?? that would be cool...for some reason i think your trying to hide something.....

Macco is franchised. haha they do high end work too, like 2 stage paint jobs and stuff. I saw a GTO that was painted black at my local maaco. He spent 2800, the work was wonderful. Plus I like the fact that they include warrenties even on those high end paint jobs.

damn, you paid $1000 for maaco?
I paid $900 for my paintjob from them.. was supposed to be $1200, but I told them I wasn't going over $900 for a paintjob from them.

nice looking car too, but as stated above the panels don't quite line up right.

p.s. If you do a SAME color paint job at a quality place it should only cost 1200-1500, depending on how much work you need to be done. If you did the body work and all they did was spray, you got ripped.

I want to know what paint package he got... cause there's the ambassador(which everyone knows of) for $300, to the signature which is about $1300.. which is still just paint and very little prep.

the only differences between the high end and low end is they will try to do a better job when detailing and with the higher end jobs you get clear coat.
