someone told me to adjust the valves to .007 on the intake and .009 on the exhaust...i did that but the valves are pretty loud low end and half throttle, at full throttle its cool, i did the adjustment while installing skunk2 stage 2 cams and i was wondering if the numbers are wrong or if it is just the cams???

I'm not too sure about Skunk2 Stage 2 cams... but for Stage 1's, it tells you to lash the valves to:

Intake: 0.007 in.
Exhaust: 0.008 in.
