No, they are the same. But the ABS axles have that metal toothed ring around the outer boot. That's all.

Nothing.
The only MAIN difference between stock rotors is whether they are vented or not. Usually on our cars, stock front rotors are vented, and rears are not.
ABS rotors and non-ABS rotors are the same.

Yes, as long as they are the right size. And as long they are vented in the front, you'll be fine.
