I have a prelude and I just bought a invader kit, and Im also buying an h22, I am just looking for opinions if I should keep my old hydraulic tranny and save money and just buy the engine, or if I should buy the whole works. if i should buy anything along with the engine besides the ecu??

I also am selling cam gears for h23 and bseries, and maybe the kit cuz id rather have the engine in first, if you guys have any suggestions please leave em thanks

 

you should get a cable tranny and put the lsd diff in it it makes a big difference

 

id say do the whole swap. ECU, tranny , wiring harness, mounts all the goods.

its not that much if you are just doing a H22 Swap. if you do the H22 type s swap then you are looking at about 5 grand.

 

Why change the wiring harness?

 

dont you just have to run a couple extra lines for the vtec ecu?

anyways, dont put a body kit on lude please! MOST of them ruin the car imo.. except for the minimalistic ones..

 

Yea Im selling the kit I am just going to touch up the paint right now, The paint is silver its perfect but I dunno I guess I got bored with it... I also have 17" Konig theorys gunmetal with polished LIp its pretty nasty.... I sold my whole motor for 600 with tranny, and I just bought the h22 from Osaka for 1950- Shipped So im in pretty good shape anything else I should know let me know
