And what company would you suggest?
VIS have had mostly good reviews on this board. The most you can do it loosen the bolt that hold the hood on and try adjusting the fitment. It will be a pain in the ***, but if you are take your time you should be able to get it to fit pretty good.
If that doesn't work you may have to invest in some hood locks to hold it down equally on each side

ok, i apologize....i haven't heard anything good of VIS but i've only heard about 5 opinions from people with their products, so perhaps it was just bad luck or a bad vendor, dunno...i'm still new to the boards, but i have noticed a few poelpe on here so far that do like vis....what would i suggest?? well there a quite a few company's out there....i can't recall right now, but if bennen makes one, i would assume it should be one of the best hoods out there. but, just listen to teh more experienced people (like Dengar), because i have never personaly bought a cf hood or VIS product

Which hood did you get? Is it the new double sided one? The new double sided hoods on some cars were made too thick.. you might need to grind your hood down.

ya.. its the double sided one

a friend of mine replaced an old CF hood with a VIS unit.
fitment was an issue from what i heard-it took him a few hours of messing with fitment...but after all was said and done-it fits nice and looks clean.
im sure each hood has their problem with fitment issues-but if i had to choose a "lower cost" unit compared to the likes of products like Spoon-id either go Vis or Fiber Images.
