hey what oil should i use on my ls vtec in my 95ex coupe, 98 type r head b18 b block b16 tranny, str fuel rail paxton FPR,

yeah if it has over 50k miles on it then use 10w30.
if it is low milage engine use 5w30

the motor has 2 thousand miles on it, thats what the guy who owned it before me said cause he barely ever drove it

given the design of the engine use only 5-30 only.

yeah 5w30 like said above. thats the only oiul you should use....

If you drive the crap out of your car, than you should step up to a 40 weight regular oil, or a nice 30 weight synthetic.

yeah i was sayin a 5w30 synthetic cuz thats all i run.. dont know why i guess its just a preference..

5w-30 if it doesnt consume oil almost all engines do but if irs not notisible then 5w-30 is good. If it does consume oil notisibly then go 10w-30. Also I notice some people dont know that the first number of the oil is the weight of the oil
5 weight-30 viscocity or 10 weight-30 or 40 viscocity. The last number is the the viscocity wich comes in 20-30-40+
