Screeching noise
ok someone might flame me because i am a noob but i searched the forums for an answer before posting so don't hate on me too much...
i just got me a DA 92-93 integ and i don't know if it's the ABS or not or if the car is old, but every so often when i make turns or go over bumps, there seems to be a screeching noise on the passenger side... anyone know what this is???
i checked the belts they are fine, they were even replaced 200 miles back by the owner before me by Delco parts... i checked the timing and plugs, they are all good...
ALSO i duno if this is apart of the screeching problem noise or a problem on it's own but for some odd reason after driving on the freeway then coming to a complete stop the car idles a little rough... drops by about 2-300 rpm... not big but you can feel the car shaking just a little bit... car had a oil change 2000 miles back and the water pump was changed too if that makes a difference.
i duno if anyone can help... but ill go get it checked by the acura dealer, if they can't help hopefully you guys can...
P.S. sorry for thew wierd tittle... duno how it got there... honest. i cant change it either. DOH!

to check if it has abs just turn the car off (let the car fully turn off until all lights are off and engine is silent) then turn the key all the way right before starting the car, Look at all the idiot lights that turn on. If a light that says ABS turns on then you have it, if no ABS light comes on then you dont.
or you could just look under the hood for an abs unit but if you truley are a noob then you might not know what to look for

should be next to the fuse box. it should be labeled as well...also I think if you look in the fusebox, it will have a fuse labeled for the ABS system(if you dont have abs, then it wont have it in there).
