How much wtq does it have? Probably not enough for a lude...

I'm sure you could do it though, if you could find mounts...

there are no reasons as to why you CANT???

you can do anything you damn well please, its your motor, your car, your money, correct??

so go ahead and do it, the only prelude ive seen with a VTEC Bmotor was 2 3rd gens. and thats it. never seen anymore than that, and they did a SHITLOAD of customization to get it to work, so good luck

its actually something i would like to see, just because its different.

question, why did you build a LS/VTEC when you drive a prelude??
i can think of multiple reasons, i would just like yours instead of assuming

You could, but why would you? Most civic boys cream their own pants when an H22 revs, why would you turn down a motor that slides so easily into your engine bay?

220 whp on an NA LS/VTEC? What compression are you running?

Just don't. With the money it's gonna cost you in custom fab and fitting you could do an H22 swap and build the living hell out of it, instead of putting in a b-seriously too low torque for a heavy *** 4th gen prelude engine and not having enough money to do anything to an engine. Just a bad idea in so many ways.

it's not that you can't, just that you shouldn't.

it's not worth the trouble.

</TD></TR></TABLE>because preludes are pigs and any h motor (the 23 or 22) are going to put out proably more torque than your bulit motor. In other words its going to be slow.

The whole point to racing a honda is power to weight ratio which you have in ace's and spades in a civic hatch. Preludes are much better suited for auto-x and road racing. (waits to be flamed for that last comment)

Think about it for a second.....

You want to go to a smaller motor....

Smaller, not bigger, less displacement, less torque, less potential for power

That idea makes zero sense
