It could be a couple of things... what mods do you have on your car?
1. your car could just be running rich (which most honda's do as a safety precaution)
2. Pistons rings could be going bad and your getting oil blow by
3. a bunch of other things that i'm sure other people will fill in after me

most likely it is carbon build up.... everyone's exhaust has carbon build up in it .... and when u floor it some of it gets blowed out don;t worry when i first got my car someone told me black smoke was comeing out my car and i got all worryed. but i soon found out it was just carbon in the exhuast .... if u look at ur exhuast u can put ur finger tip in there and there will be alot of black on ur finger.. that is the carbon build up.

Yea, I guess I have a similar question. But I'm experiencing blue smoke. Just a little bit, in first gear, when the car is warm. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

no, number 2 on the list is blue smoke. white smoke is anti-freeze/coolant burning.

Lets go back to basics.
White smoke: Coolant/water usually the sign of a blown head gasket. When its really cold our or when running and not warmed up its just moisture and condesation.
Blue Smoke: Buring oil, Valve seals, piston rings
Black smoke: Fuel, running rich, Get your car tuned.

are you throwing a CEL? does the driveability of the car feel any different? how does the exhaust smell, if you're not burning rich for some reason, then it's probably just carbon build up. resetting your ecu won't do much. give us detailed symptoms. is it while you're driving? idling? WOT?

I'm finding it a little funny that you're saying this...your User Info says you're 16 years old...and though you've been a member for a while, i've noticed that most of your posts are responses like "ya", "turbo it", and "sweet". Ya.
But in response to the Q, your motor is most likely running rich. Get a fuel pressure regulator, gauge, and VAFC and get it tuned.

ive dont say sweet first off and i dont see why i would say ya unless it was asking a question
back to the problem i have noticed im getting shitty gas milage
dont see a reason to drop all that money on a vafc when hardly anything is done to my car i will need to get it tuned though

No carbon is a by product of all combustion engines. They have prducts to clean out your vacume system but, not exhaust.

if you are getting really bad gas mileage your O2 sensor may be going bad and it has yet to throw a code. It happened to me and after i replaced it my car ran better and it burnt less gas. The only catch is that O2 sensors cost a good bit
