Pics of my integra....AFTER wrecking into a semi on the highway
Ok so I've had these pics for about 4 months but first I lost the film and then I was just too lazy to go get them developed, hence the delay. This happened January 13th, basically a long story short, I got really drunk and decided to go see how good I was at driving.
PLEASE hold the flaming about not drinking and driving. I have learned so much from this incident and I hope others can learn from it too. I was driving on the highway at about 80mph (I don't know this for a fact, I'm just guessing because that's what I normally drove at), and I apparently hit an ice patch in the middle of a right turn and I guess my rear end swung out and I slid into and under a semi. The front half of my car slid under the trailer and slammed into the back part of the tractor, where the wheels are. I don't remember anything at all up to a few seconds before I actually wrecked, I am going by what my roomate saw and judging from what happened to my car and the semi. I actually unhitched the trailor from the tractor. My roomate was driving his integra a few cars in front of me and I guess when he saw me spin out, he flipped out and spun out himself into the wall and totaled his car too (yes he was drunk too). Two tegs gone in one night.
He walked away basically unscratched. I also got extremely lucky and only got a concussion and a pretty cut up hand (still have a decent sized piece of glass stuck in there). I think I should definately be dead from this and I have no idea how I survived. I know people are going to flame anyways but I assure you anything you can say I have already heard and already know. I hurt my family so much with this already and everything else that came along with it. So I'd appreciate if you hold the flames, I'm just trying to post this to show you guys and hopefully get some people to think twice before driving drunk cause I know alot of people do. Sorry about the long *** text. Oh yeah the worst part is I reduced my full coverage insurance to liability only about 3 weeks prior to the wreck so I got completely screwed. I am in debt about 5 grand from this and am still making car payments on a car I don't have.

Whoa! How did you walk away alive? There's a lot of blood on your seat and too bad that one rim is bent. If you ever get another set of C8's, you got three spares. Good thing you are alive.

you're a lucky ashole. You could have killed someone driving drunk...your lucky a semi hit you before you hit anyone else.
5 grand is nothing compared to you didnt lose anything off your body and you didnt get seriously hurt. did you get fines and tickets? that looks really bad. God saved you on that one. i dont think its right to talk **** about it, because thats how people learn. A genius can learn from other peoples mistakes, a smart person can learn from his own mistakes, someone who doesnt learn from mistakes is a dummy.
Damn that car looks like Buster Douglas.
At least you didn't get seriously hurt and you didn't hurt anyone else.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by whoisdan »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Lucky to be alive dude. Ice sucks. Move to California.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I've heard there are other states that don't have ice. 100% of which are better
