Default IS this a good dyno number for a 99% stock GS-R?

This is not the craziest question, but I dynoed my car today and I pulled a 150whp. This was after one of my timed runs in the 1/4. It was about 85-90 degrees outside. I have a 1996 GS-R. The only part I have installed is an A'PEXi Power Filter. Just trying to figure out if I am at a good starting point before I go any further. Sorry I can't post the dyno sheet I don't have a scanner.

it says under your name that you live in new jersey.... are you sure it was "85-90 degrees"? those seem like some damn good numbers for such a high air temp

Yes I am positive it was around there, in case you don't know the northeast especially the tri-state are extremely humid. The humidity was like 90%, the track temp was over 100 degrees and on my time slip it said the temp for the moment was 87 degrees. So that is what I am basing this on.

Sounds about right.

Altitude kills hondas

I dyno'd 117.5 wheel horsepower in a '97 GSR with an AEM CAI. A stock Type-R dyno'd right after me and laid down 118.3. We're in Albuquerque, about 5400 feet above sea level.

Most stock GSR Dynographs I have seen here are doing around 110ish.

It is pretty pitiful

Stock GS-R's on the average pull anywhere from 140-155wHP, so that sounds right.

Now go mod that biatch.

I am, I plan on going with Skunk2 Stage 2s and Hytech header, and A'PEXi N1, Comptech Intake with Icebox should be here in a week. I will post future dyno numbers.
