I have a problem. I own a 1991 civic si with a b16a. If I park it in the sun for too long I lose fuel pressure and the car won't start until the evening, and when it does start it smells funny for a minuite. Could it be a bad fuel pump? I am stumped it acts like it is vapor locked or something. Also, should I be able to hear the fuel pump click on? cause I can't.
