I recently found it for $249 on groupbuycenter.com. Do you think it is worth it? Now heres the main question... Does it sound anything near the apexi N1s? And does it slant at a angle? I 'm considering buying this and just want more opinions before hand. Any opinions will be appreciated. Thanks H-T bros.

First of all, isn't it a consensus that the stock ITR b-pipe is pretty darn good already? Buying the axle back is more for sound or looks rather than any significant power increase, right?

Apex'i N1 is much louder than an axle back goZigen exhaust.
Yes, it does slant at an angle. Although I like the style of the goZigen a little better due to it's short and slanted tip.

Man I have seen too many cars with 5ZR fireball in town these days. Even a Ford Taurus and some Chevy Z22 got some fireball universal...ahhhhh...makes me wanna sell mine...

 

I am not a fan of axle back exhaust systems, they dont tend to give the HP gains that cat back do. And you dont really need one on a stock/relatively stock R.

 

The style is great. Very small, slanted at an angle. Very nice and clean exhaust. Great sound too. Might be kinda pitchy. Not sure about the power increase. If thats what you want i would look into the Skunk2. Jmo...

 

ok maybe I'll just get the catback apexi N1. BTW . Thats probably the only engine mod i'll do to it because i plan to auto cross in GS. Thanks Guys....

I think Spoon is the one of the best axle back muffler for the ITR. Nice deep mellow tone but the 5zigen has a prewtty high pitch sound.
