What i need for Ls Vtec
i have a 95 ls motor and i want to slap on a vtec head other then the head the distributor, ecu, and tappin the oil line, wut else do i need to do....someone told me i need to resleeve and etc...someone give me some good information....
for the main part all you need is the parts you mentioned, but it depends how much you want out of it. A lot of people do exactly that, and some others pull the whole ls block and throw in some high compression pistons + rods + headgasket + valvetrain + crazy cams and make it an insane setup.
I personally would recommend getting a new intake manifold b/c its a pain to put on the head when its not installed, and if you have the money might as well slap on a nice headgasket and bump the c/r up and throw some itrs in or some skunk2s.
ps: my bro is selling his skunk2s if you are interested hehe.
if you have any more questions lay em on me, im willing to help

im not running on vtec ecu for break in...
just dont have 8k redline... vtec ecu recommended!
a balanced bottom end is also a good idea
