Default Wheel lugs...HELP!!

I bought my car to the shop to get the timing belt changed, they did a nice job on it. HOWEVER, they stripped one of the wheel lugs on the driver side. I am wondering if it is possible to run the car with only 3 tightened lug nuts. Is it possible to get the stripped wheel lug fixed? I am really really frustrated. I am definitely going to bring my car back to the shop. Thanks for your help.

My buddy snapped one of his studs and drove with only 3. I suppose it's "OK" for short distance.

It's probably not a great idea but it won't kill you. A friend of mine drove around for quite a long time with only three (and this was only because she didn't have another lug, not because it was stripped), and nothing happened to her. But anyways since the shop stripped it, it is their responsibility to fix it. I'd take it back and bitch. If they won't do it (which they should), I'm sure you could cut a really big line across the top of it and use a really big screwdriver to get it off, or do something similiar to that. Good luck.
