erratic idle when warm

Default erratic idle when warm

i did my b16 swap in my 89 hatch and it idles fine when cold but when it gets to operating temperature then i get a fluctuating idle, help? thanks a lot

fluctuating how? 800 to 2000 to 800 or 800 to 200 to 800.

i took off the ait and clean it, nothing, changed it, nothing
fluctuating like 1000-2100

yeah i was looking for vacuum leaks but couldnt find any and i also followed a vacuum line diagram for the b16

yeah his fitv had fallen out because it became unscrewed...its underneath the throttle body on his car. his name is hondaguyef if you want to talk to either of us. But he just had a kid last night so he is at hospital with his wife. Also im not sure why it becomes unscrewed over time but it does so check that out...maybe yours hasnt fallen alway out and probably needs to just be tightened back in.

ok i fixed the fitv and at cold there is no erratic idle and the idle is good but when warm it the fluctuating idle starts up...

My civ does the same thing too it idles up high and goes up and down only when warm. hmmm I wonder if I should check my tb gasket as well.

I would.. but get a new one b4 u remove the TB cuz i wouldnt reuse it.
