Will running larger wheels in the rear slow acceleration

Default Will running larger wheels in the rear slow acceleration

I plan on running a 15x7 wheel on the front w/ 205 50 15 Drag radial in the front and a 16x7 205 45 16 in the rear...will this hurt or help my 1/4 mile imes

it will hurt, why can you just get 15's for the rear also???

but it won't hurt it tooo bad because there only 16's but i ouls still go with the 15's. you might see 1/10th off if you go with the 15's in the rear also..just my 2 cents

doubt it. that has nothing to do with your times, unless they weigh about 50 lbs a piece. just make sure the tire pressure in the rear is higher then normal.

And where again are you pulling these numbers from?

The only difference the back wheel size would make is the weight (because the less total weight the faster) and tire rolling resistance (like slow em1 said)
