Removing Rear Quarter Panel
I need to remove the rear driver's side quarter panel from an Integra sedan that I have. I need it so that I can fix a rusty wheel well on another Integra I have. How much of the panel do I need to remove? Where should I cut? What tools should I use?
Any help is appreciated, I need to do this ASAP.

I did this yesterday on my 2000 ls coupe. It might be the same i dont know.
There are 4 screws and 2 10mm bolts securing the panneling. I had to take my back seat out. Everything took me 10 minutes to do. Everything just slides and pops out. I did no cutting. Peeling the pannelling off of the driver side near the door was a bitch tho.
Good luck. I hope this helps.

"Everything just slides and pops out. I did no cutting. Peeling the pannelling off of the driver side near the door was a bitch tho." - Very true.
Thats for the inside panel. It extends from the drivers side door to the rear panel. Just take that out to have access to the inside wheel well.
If you need to do anything with the body of the vehicle (the rear 1/4 panel) its unibody and welded on.

Yea, but he want's to do it himself. I know a couple body shop guys, and they always cut up about a foot or less by the rear window. It's gonna be a hard task , there's a ton of welding and measuring involved.

I have a friend with a neon in the same situation, can someone estimate how much it would cost to have it removed and a have this other one we got put on?
I also have a 4 door and I got cliped in the rear quarter by a trailer, took it to a body shop adn they said that they would need to remove the rear glass and cut the fender about 8 inches up from between the rear door and the rear glass. Just to replace that rear fener, they quoted me $1600! So if you have the time, patience, and experience to DIY, you'll save some serious cash
