My uncle just got a new CRV last night(EX trim) from Nelson Honda. Apparently he said no to the OEM alarm so the nelson honda then took the "alarm off".. But if like the newer toyota keyless entry the keyless entry can be unplugged(1 wire in it) . Then leave the others plugged and when plugged if the car is started or the doors unlocked with the key or something else. The alarm will go off. Or on the Subaru's the stock keyless entry is an alarm and the alarm option just is an upgrade.

Is the honda keyless thing just a open and close remote. What OEM part do I need to make it an alarm.
