Default Not moving with Quaife LSD?

Heres the setup. I just had someone install a Quaife LSD in my B16 S1 cable tranny in a 91 CRX si. I did a new clutch TO bearing and pilot bearing. Mounting the tranny was very easy. Everything lined up great. Went to hook up the a cable to the shift fork and it was very tight, like the cable was to short. So after fighting it for a lil I got it on. So the cable was hooked to the shift lever, but to me it didnt seem right. Well, with the wheels off the ground the wheels spin and it goes in gear. But the clutch never really feels it engauges. Set the car down and it wont go in gear. It went in reverse and made a "clunk." When I try to put the tranny in gear with it on the ground it tries to roll forward but wont go in gear or make a grinding noise. Whats that all about?
Any ideas?

Throw out bearing? Something in the tranny?
I have installed clutches before and I ran this same clutch (Exedy stage one) before I did the LSD with no problems.

Thanks for th help, Im stumped!

Matt

yep. Its not the clutch. Its the shifter select lever inside the tranny. Its very easy to install it wrong. Got to be careful when u do that stuff.

I just thought, if the selector was upside down then why would it go in gear with the car off the ground but not when its on the ground? I dont know much about trannys, thats why I didnt install the LSD but when it was off the ground it went in all the gears fine. No trouble at all.

Like I said, I dont know uch about trannys so fill me a lil. Tryin to learn and fix this problem.

Thanks

Matt
