probably affect the warranty, but its nothing that can't be undone. SRI will take less than 10 mins to install, CA maybe longer because you have to drop the whole bumper off. if you're unsure, i reccomend waiting until you are sure
can't go wrong that way. learn about the stuff before you so something you don't know what it does.
everybody else, remember u gotta start some where!

AEM did everything they could to make the V2 produce the most power throughout the RPM range, hands down. So the fact that it is not a traditional "cold air" configuration doesn't matter (even though the filter is in a very open ventilated location). It sounds excellent and the cars feels so good that I wonder why Honda did not make this intake stock. Good luck man

I'm not speaking for honda, but not everyone wants a intake on their car. it's a preference I have. But I live around people who think it's annoying. I've been driving hondas since I got a lisence. If honda wanted to make a fast car they would have. that is why a NSX R came out. Their MO has never been make a car as fast as possible. It's make the car effecient as possible. Not trying to flame you but just trying to state the obvious.

how's the install on the injen cai(do you really have to take off the bumper) ,and does it seem like it can easily cause hydrolock (i've already killed one engine before with an iceman cai).

FALSE!!!
Yes it will affect the warranty, but only if it was a result from the aftermarket intake or any other aftermarket performance part on the car.
You don't have to take off the front bumper.... all you have to do is take off the front left tire and peel back the wheel well, you don't have to but i found it was a little easier if you remove the battery. I installed my AEM CAI in the rain with a tarp over me and the engine compartment with a couple tools including the spare tire jack and the instalation instructions.
I would reccomend the AEM V2 it's the best in the market and I think AEM has the best parts out there anyway.......the dyno tells all......and as for hydro lock......don't drive like an *** when there's puddles all over the road
....if it looks deep, find another route....
i had a nasty scare with a puddle and now i watch for'em

not neccessarily. with a cai just hitting a puddle at a decent rpm could send one solid flow of water to the filter, and thats all it took for me to blow two holes in my block of my d15.
