CEL from working on throttle body
sup everyone. A while back, the screw that pushes up the thing that opens and closes the butterfly valve for the throttle body, fell off. everytime Id let off the gas, it has a chance of being stuck when trying to gas again. like it just wont go down. so I just got a new screw from my neighbor and decided to put it in today. Well the only way i could screw it in was taking off the whole assembly thing, (the spring n such). so after i got it in, i adjsuted the screw so it lifted the throttle a little. after turning on my car, i noticed i got a nice shiny CEL. Im wondering what could have caused it. I haven't checked what the CEL means but im just wondering about the possibilities. thanks.

What does this mean? You raised the idle by tightening the throttle cable? That could throw a CEL.
