Default To turbo the B16 or run ls/ poor man's R n/a setup?

Alright guys I need your help and experience. I'm torn apart to either just slap a turbo on my b16, and boost it to 8 psi on stock internals and call it a day. Or to slowly build an ls or gsr bottom end, to run 11:1- 11.5:1 n/a motor. I already have a Cai, Jdm dc 4-1 header, and Greddy PE exhaust. Sitting in my room are ITR valve springs, retainers, mugen 2-layer gasket, aem cam gears, just waitng for cams now, but don't know YET. I have about $2,500 to spend, and my goal is to run mid to low 13's with slicks, but yet some what of reliability. Currently I run mid 14's with some DR's. I'm kinda thinking of staying the n/a route cause of all the parts I have already. I've also noticed that turbo makes much more power, but I've heard that turbo #'s are just OVERRATED #'s vs the N/A power. Is that why a 200 whp n/a will be quicker than 200 whp turbo in the 1/4? So this is my dilemma, if anyone can help I really appreciate it.

im not the smartest man but whp=whp. be it turbo,sc,or na.
i would actually think the na would be slowest due to the very narrow powerband our hondas produce. a sc or turbo will give you power a lot lower in the rpms then a na that needs to rev to insane levels. just my oppinion tho i could be wrong.

boost the b16. A N/a gsr would be pretty quick if you do the right things. A ls n/a probably be your last decision right there. Go with the quickest out of the 3(b16 turbo)

yes very true, but which setup would last longer, and be a daily driven car. The turbo set 7 psi, or the gs-r bottom end with 11.5 compression with some CTR cams?

A gsr bottom with 11.5 compression with ctr cams can be just as reliable as a turbo 7 PSI. It's all in the TUNING
