(hope the owner doesnt mind me posting that but its amazing)
So Im looking for a nice oem black, I think the s2000 is a little to reflective and I want a more stealthy black, hard to explain.
I have noticed the CRV's have a nice shade of black but cant find any nice pics.
Thanks

Are you looking for a deep blue black or a black with more yellow or brown in it. For example on the newer mecedes it would be more of a blue black or has more blue in it. An example of a black with more yellow or brown would be like the the black on the nissan Murano 2003 model. I like a black called jet black from Spies & Hecker I think is the or its from DuPont it is a deep blue black. The mercedes black is the bomd.

You could try a black with a little pearl in it like the black on my car which is Nighthawk Black Pearl. It is black with just a hint of blue in it which looks really good but it may be that it is my color but i don't know.

Like a silver metal flake? What you should probably do is go to an automotive paint store and look through some chip books and find what you want. That is probably the fastest way to find what you want.
Yes, there are blacks with mettalics in them there are even clear coats with mettalics in them. Pretty much if you can think up a color it can be made, but knowing if the panit will look good on the car is the trick. The best thing to do is go look at some car lots and find a black you like and search the web using makers sites for new cars and you could probably contact Dupont and other paint makers to find out the paint code.
