Im far from an expert, but is there sudden boost spikes with how the wastegate is placed?
Well we have had a Stock Integra LS VTEC with Injectors Clutch and SPark Racing Turbo Kits Going 11.1@127 I think the times speak for them self

On the manifold is there any problems of it clearing hoods? and any problem with it being too close to the block and cutting the webs out on any t3/to4e turbo?

have you guys changed your design yet? the one that i installed of yours. made the turbo sit to close to the radaitor, and slave cylinder. Also i hear they have problems with the wastegate flange breaking
