Default running wires from through door?

Does anyone have any pointers / pictures / diagrams on how to run additional wires through the door into the chasis of a CRX? I'm trying to install some power door locks and I'm having a hell of a time getting the damn wires through the factory door loom, since I can't seem to be able to grab them from inside the car (air duct and a metal support are in the way).

Also, the door loom has a piece of rubber that clips to the door, and a piece of rubber that clips to the chasis (with the actual loom and wires running between them). Is there any way to remove the rubber piece on the chasis from outside the car (ie not reaching through the interior)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm really stuck here.

Thanks

both ends of the rubber boot will pop out.....just pull gently so you dont break anything....I ran from the doors inside the car, it was easier. Also you can drill carefully thru the plastic plug for wires upto 18ga with out any problems.
