Default Finally finished Full-Race install, but got minor problems(any help?)

Ok after about a month of getting parts and installing as I got them I finally finished up the hatch today. Well I made sure to prime the oil through the turbo, and took all precuations before starting her up.
Heres a a list of my setup
97 Civic hatch
B18C1(stock motor)
Arp head studs
Full Race Turbo kit (ITS 60-1 turbo)
Sheet metal IM
Holley 75lbs inj.
MSD 6AL
plugs at .030
Hondata S200b(base map by boosted hybrid)
GM 3bar map sensor

Well I started her up and she barely wanted to stay started, I had to keep feathering the gas to keep it runnin. Well I decided that maybe when I installed the 3bar it was to the wrong sensor connector(since the map and tps both look the same), this time it seem to rev better(before wouldnt go any higher than 2700, now it wopuld rise to 4000 and then backfire) , then I cross checked the wires with another hatch and it looked like I had it right the first time. So anyways I let thwe car get warm to do a comp check( and the whole time it was warming up smoke was billowing out of the dp), well I do the comp check and upon pulling out the first plug is was pitch black, anyways the comp was 180 across the board. After that I check all the CEL's
1st. 4=CKP i thought that when you ran obdII-to I that the CKP would no longer be a factor since my motor is an OBDI

2nd.7=TPS not sure, but I belive it has to do with the 3 bar being f-d up

3rd.10=IAT well I had just let this hang since the one in the manifold did not match the plug I had on the harness( just used the same one that was already on the harness just let it hang)

4th.41=primary o2 I thought thast I had hooked this up right there werte 2 plugs on my harness and I tried both to see if it would go off no luck

Well thats about it if anyone has any input that would be great. Thanks in advance

almost positive all those items use the same source voltage

The CKP is most likely a wire that is loose, or has a break somewhere in the harness. I have done several obd-2 to obd-1 swaps, using jumper harnesses and never had issues with sensor compatiability.

The o2 sensor sounds like you have an issue with either the ground or signal wire coming back into the ecu. If you have the o2 sensor plugged into the primary o2 plug, and you have a known working o2 sensor than it should work without any issues.

Are you using a stock throttle body? If you arent and you switched the tps sensor over to the aftermarket throttle body you have to align the sensor so that it gives 0.45-0.55v when the throttle is closed and 4.5 volts when the throttle is open.

I have however experienced the tps code when the map and tps plug were switched. You might want to look at your plug connections again to make sure, but it sounds to me that you have the plugs switched even though you said you have checked it.

You need to do a continuity check back to the ecu pinout for each of the sensors that you are having issues with. Pick up a cheap shop manual for the integra so that you can trace the wiring from the sensor to the ecu pinout. Get yourself a cheap multimeter, set it on the 200 channel on ohm. Plug one end of the probe in the sensor pinout, the other end in the ecu pinout and see if the numbers change from 1 to 0~0.1, if this occurs you have continuity and there is another issue.

Still have the stock throttle body, but had to change out the TPS since I broke the other one. I never went back to change the position while checking the voltage. Ill have to check that out, thnx
