Is it possible to drop in motor crooked?
I dropped in a new motor in my Gsr a couple of months ago and it sits a little crooked and make the entire car vibrate like crazy. The car was in an accident which may have something to do with it, but is it possible to put it in wrong? i figured it would straighten itself out but it hasnt.

LOL There is nothing but the truth in racing. nothing just straightens itself out. No praying either.

time for a new car yo.....once the frame is bent good on a uni-body car there is not much you can do to get it back to perfect alighment...
yeah i used stock mounts with Es inserts. So you guys think its the frame? I dont know how it would be possible to install the motor crooked but i wanted to see if it has happened to anyone else, because the last motor sat fine
did you hook up all the mounts correctly. i dont think it could sit crooked but for a couple of reasons
1. not bolted into the mounts correctly
2. missing mounts
3. wrong mounts( trying to put an h22 into your b series mounts)
4. some part is not installed correctly and is hitting something.. header or IM or something.
pics would help immensely

The crash was pretty bad, so i wouldnt doubt that it would have affected the frame but the only reason i'm not sure is because the previous motor was fine. i'll take pics tomorow and post them up.
