Default brake fire

i haven't had time to pull them off but me and a couple buddies ran for about an hour last night
and when we came to a stop for a brake i saw smoke from the front end so i got out to investigate to see the rotors glowing bright orange and right when i started laughing the hub burst into flames. i assumed it is the abs sensors maybe cus' my abs light is on for good..
i guess the only remedy will be better brakes but was just curious to know if anyone has had this problem..

I like it when people suffer for my entertainment . Sounds like you must have been having some fun. Integra brakes suck for hardcore driving. I was chasing down a race on the highway, got going about 130, then got on the brakes hard for a stop sign, ran through it at about 15 miles an hour because of massive brake fade. Luckily there was nobody there.

yeah the stock brakes can fade pretty quickly, especially if the brake fluid is old and can't take much heat.

i've had problems with the brakes fading, but nothing that concerns me, just depends how hard you use the brakes and how often.

were your calipers or rotors painted at all? sometimes the paint just can't take it anymore
